In case you have some issues logging in to your account. If you have an issue with being unable to log in on the ORES in Safari or Chrome on an iPhone or MacOS device, see the following:
Safari:
Have them disable: ‘Prevent Cross-Site Tracking
Steps:
iPhone/iPad: Settings > Safari > ‘Prevent Cross-Site Tracking’ (disable this)
Macbook or Mac Desktop: choose Safari > Preferences > Privacy. Make sure “Prevent cross-site tracking.” Is disabled.
Chrome:
Have them enable “Allow Cross-Website Tracking”
iPhone/iPad: Settings > Chrome > Allow Cross-Website Tracking (enable this)
