Does URVIP offer long-distance rides?
Yes. URVIP provides transportation services in Berkshire and throughout greater Boston, Metro West, New England, and New York. You may cancel these for free up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
How far in advance can I book a ride?

What if I have more luggage than the allowance?

To ensure cleanliness and air quality for all our guests, smoking is not permitted in vehicles for any of our Berkshire limo services. This includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cigars, and any other tobacco or non-tobacco products consumed via smoking.

All our cars are kept in excellent maintenance to ensure the safety of our drivers and passengers for all our Berkshire limo services. We cannot guarantee any requests for specific vehicle models as the vehicle used is subject to availability.

When do I receive my booking confirmation?
Berkshire limo service confirmations are sent via email right after bookings are completed. The chauffeur’s name and cellphone number will also be sent to the guest via SMS about one hour before pickup. If you booked for someone else, the chauffeur’s contact information will be sent to the email address and phone number provided during the booking process.
Does URVIP pick up at the airport on the curbside terminal?
We are authorized to pick up at the designed limo area for every terminal and at the curbside for special needs as part of our Berkshire limo service.
Chauffeurs are not permitted inside the terminal. Chauffeurs must wait by their vehicle and will be standing outside at the designated limousine stand of every terminal.
