Does URVIP offer long-distance rides?
Yes. URVIP provides transportation services in Cape Cod and throughout greater Boston, Metro West, New England, and New York. You may cancel these for free up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
How far in advance can I book a ride?
You can book Cape Cod limo service rides months in advance. We recommend booking you ride with as much lead time as possible. You won’t be charged in advance of your trip.
What is your cancellation policy?

What happens if my flight is delayed or early?
Remember, we track your flight arrivals and automatically adjust your pickup time to ensure your chauffeur awaits you when you arrive for your airport transfer. This means you don’t have to change your Cape Cod chauffeur service booking or worry in case your flight is early or late.
What if I have more luggage than the allowance?
The maximum luggage allowance for each Cape Cod transportation service booking vehicle is based on safety, so we do not recommend exceeding this limit. If you are traveling with more luggage than the allowance, ensure you book enough vehicles to transport all your belongings without going over the maximum capacity. *Chauffeurs retain the right to refuse service based on the amount of additional luggage, and excess baggage may also result in additional charges.
Can you smoke in the vehicle?
To ensure cleanliness and air quality for all our guests, smoking is not permitted in vehicles for any of our Cape Cod limo services. This includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cigars, and any other tobacco or non-tobacco products consumed via smoking.

What is booking by hours, hourly as directed?
If you choose to book our by-the-hour Cape Cod chauffeur service, your chauffeur will be at your disposal, and you can request as many stops as you’d like until you reach your final destination.
What if my booking by-the-hour ride ends outside the city it started in?
If you make an hourly Cape Cod chauffeur service booking that ends in a different city from the pickup location, you will be charged for the additional hours it takes for the car to return to the city.
What vehicles does URVIP have?
We are very proud of our new fleet of vehicles, which includes Luxury BMW, Lincoln, Cadillac, and Chevy, Sedans, SUVs, & Sprinter Vans. Our policy is to change cars every three years. All our cars are kept in excellent maintenance to ensure the safety of our drivers and passengers for all our Cape Cod limo services. We cannot guarantee any requests for specific vehicle models as the vehicle used is subject to availability.
Does URVIP provide medical transportation?
We offer premium & discrete Cape Cod limo service transportation for non-emergency transportation for patients and medical professionals.
When do I receive my booking confirmation?
Cape Cod limo service confirmations are sent via email right after bookings are completed. The chauffeur’s name and cellphone number will also be sent to the guest via SMS about one hour before pickup. If you booked for someone else, the chauffeur’s contact information will be sent to the email address and phone number provided during the booking process.
Does URVIP pick up at the airport on the curbside terminal?
We are authorized to pick up at the designed limo area for every terminal and at the curbside for special needs as part of our Cape Cod limo service.
Chauffeurs are not permitted inside the terminal. Chauffeurs must wait by their vehicle and will be standing outside at the designated limousine stand of every terminal.
